Online learning increases learning retention. According to the Research Institute of America, eLearning increases retention rates 25% to 60% while retention rates of face-to-face training are very low in comparison: 8% to 10%. This is because with eLearning, students have more control over the learning process as well as the opportunity to revisit their training as needed - This is a really interesting fact - do the students Jinstar teach achieve the same benefits? We teach Science to students in Beijing using our own on-line teaching system. We record lessons so students can review at their own time, we teach in small groups so student questions can be immediately answered. We have already seen massive leaps in confidence with our students using the system, but is the way we teach enabling them to retain the knowledge to a great degree - and if so, should schools be making better use of this technology?
